With reference to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department letter No. (1510-9226) dated (26/1/2026), and referring to the Prime Minister's Office, Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence, letter No. (2500550) dated (7/12/2025).

 

Under the Official Patronage and Supervision:

  • Patronage: President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi.
  • Supervision: Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Haider Khazaal Al-Kaabi.
